This thermostat is able to stop the electric circuit at the minimum temperature of - 4 °C, re-arming at 0°C.
Moving the handle it is possible to higher the minimum temperature up to a maximum cut off of 4 °C, still keeping the 4 °C range unaltered.
Suitable for professional cooling systems.
Caution: it is important to place the thermostat head carefully, letting the circuit set by having at least a complete round. While running the first installation, it is reccomended to start with the higher temperature, then regulate the temperature in order to obtain the right size of ice.
